System Requirements

Platform: Available on iPhone and iPod touch, requires iOS 16.0 or later.

Performance: For the best experience, please keep your iOS system updated to the latest version. This is a fully offline standalone app — no internet connection is required for core functions, and all data is stored locally on your device.

Frequently Asked Questions

The app freezes or becomes unresponsive when entering data

Close other background apps to free up device memory and processing resources.

Ensure your device has at least 500MB of available storage space to guarantee stable operation of the local database.

Restart your device to clear temporary cache files.

If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. Please note that reinstalling will erase all local bill data.

My saved bill history is missing or disappeared

All bill data is stored exclusively on your local device, with no cloud server sync. Uninstalling the app or clearing all app data will permanently delete your records and cannot be recovered.

If you did not perform a delete or uninstall action, try restarting the app or rebooting your device to refresh the local database.

To avoid data loss, we recommend exporting important bills as files for backup before clearing data or uninstalling.

I cannot export or share the settlement sheet (image/PDF)

Make sure you have granted the app permission to access your device’s photo library. You can check and adjust permissions in your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.

Verify that your device has enough available storage space to save the exported file.

If sharing directly to third-party apps fails, please save the file to your album first, then share it from the system photo app.

Try exporting in standard resolution if you encounter performance issues on older devices.

The split calculation result seems incorrect

Double-check your selected split mode (Equal, By Portion, Custom Amount) and confirm all participant amounts or portions are entered correctly.

Final amounts are rounded to two decimal places for practical use, which may cause minor total differences of a few cents — this is normal for standard currency calculation.

Ensure no participant is left out or added by mistake in the person list.

Currency selection does not take effect globally

After selecting your preferred currency on the Currency tab, the setting will be saved locally and applied to all calculation pages automatically.

If the currency symbol does not update immediately, please switch between tabs or restart the app to refresh the interface.

The currency setting will remain saved after you close and reopen the app.

Can I recover my data after clearing all bill records?

No. Since all data is stored locally on your device with no cloud backup, clearing all data or deleting individual bills is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Please confirm carefully before performing data clearing operations.
