Frequently Asked Questions

The app freezes, crashes or fails to open

- Close redundant background applications to release device memory and running resources.

- Confirm that your device system version meets the minimum requirement of iOS 16.0 or above.

- Restart your device to clear system temporary cache files.

- If the problem persists, you can reinstall the app. Local data will be retained normally.

Size conversion results are abnormal or inaccurate

- Confirm that you have selected the correct region standard, clothing category and adult or child mode.

- Check whether the input body data or size information is complete and valid, avoid empty values or incorrect format input.

- Different brands have individual size deviations. Please refer to the exclusive brand size chart in the app for final shopping reference.

Personal body data or history records are lost

- This app stores all data locally. Data loss is usually caused by manual cache cleaning or system abnormal recovery.

- Do not clean the application cache data in device settings arbitrarily.

Brand size chart cannot be loaded or searched

- All brand size data is built-in offline. Please confirm that the app installation package is complete and not damaged.
