App Features

Custom Commodity & Scenario Archive Management: Freely create and name personalized consumption scenarios, including online shopping, supermarket, farmers’ market, and fully custom user-defined scenes. You can independently edit product names, record accurate prices and corresponding time points, and add memo notes to each price log, building complete, standardized commodity price archives for long-term tracking.

Intuitive Price Change Curve Visualization: The app automatically generates dynamic price fluctuation curves based on all local historical records of each product. It visually displays long-term price rise and fall trends, allowing you to quickly check the lowest price, peak price, and regular price fluctuations of any commodity at a glance.

Dual View Modes & Global Search System: Supports two core browsing modes: Scenario View and Commodity View. You can filter and check all price records by specific consumption scenarios, or switch to full Commodity View to directly browse all products and their latest prices. The built-in global search bar supports quick product name lookup, helping you view cross-scenario price differences and complete historical records for the same item.

Pure Offline Local Storage: All price data, product archives, and scenario settings are saved locally on your device. The app requires no internet connection, no backend server, and no user login. No personal data is uploaded or shared, ensuring absolute user privacy and ultra-fast app response speeds at all times.

Bilingual Language Switching: The application defaults to English interface, with optional Simplified Chinese language support in the settings page. All interface text, functional descriptions, and system prompts are fully bilingual-adapted to accommodate different user language preferences.

Full Local Data Editing Tools: Users can freely add, edit, and delete individual price records, modify memo details, and batch sort or clean up commodity archives and scenarios. Flexible data management allows you to organize your price records neatly and maintain valid, up-to-date tracking data.

Performance: For the best user experience, please keep your device’s operating system updated to the latest version. PriceTrack is a fully offline tool; all core functions including price recording, curve generation, and data query work without an internet connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

The app crashes or freezes during use:

- Close background applications to free up your device’s memory and processing power.

- Ensure your device has at least 500MB of available storage space for local data caching.

- Restart your device to clear temporary system cache files.

- If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app. All local data will remain stored on your device and will not be lost.

Historical price records or product archives are missing:

- Do not manually clear the app’s local cache and document data in your device system settings.

- Check if you have accidentally deleted individual price records or custom scenarios in the data management page.

- Contact our support team with your device model and iOS version for professional technical troubleshooting.

Price curve fails to generate or displays abnormally:

- Make sure the product has more than two valid price records. Price fluctuation curves require multiple time-stamped data points to render complete trends.

- Exit and re-enter the product details page to refresh data rendering.

- Update your iOS system to the latest version to fix system compatibility display issues.

Search function cannot find product content:

- Check your search keywords for typos, case sensitivity issues, or extra spaces.

- Switch between Scenario View and Commodity View and try searching again.

- Refresh the local data list to ensure newly added product records are fully loaded.

Language switching fails or interface text displays incorrectly:

- Re-enter the settings page and reselect your target language to refresh the interface content.

- Restart the app to resolve occasional language resource loading exceptions.
