The app crashes or becomes unresponsive while calculating or browsing records:

Close other background applications to free device memory.

Verify you have sufficient free internal storage space.

Restart your iPhone to clear temporary system cache.

If issues remain persistent, reinstall the app. Warning: Reinstallation will erase all locally‑saved valuation records, there is no cloud backup. Please back up important records manually beforehand.

My saved valuation records or custom parameter settings disappeared:

Price Estimate stores all data locally only; there is no cloud‑sync or account‑based backup system.

Records may be lost after app deletion, device reset, or iOS system corruption.

Avoid offloading the app unless you accept potential local‑data loss. We recommend manually noting down important valuation information.

Calculated price results look unreasonable:

Double‑check your input values: original purchase price must be greater than zero; usage years should sit between 0‑20.

Review your custom depreciation factor and condition‑grade weight values in Settings. Reset to default parameters to test standard‑logic output.

I cannot edit or delete my saved valuation records:

Open the Records tab, tap a record entry to open the detail view for note‑editing.

Swipe left on list items to trigger single‑record deletion.

Use “Clear All Records” inside Settings for bulk removal; a confirmation prompt will appear before permanent deletion.

Dark‑mode display looks abnormal:

Confirm your iOS system appearance setting. The app inherits light / dark theme directly from system‑level configuration.
