Create projects, set timelines, manage milestone nodes, track visualized progress, mark delayed tasks and save project notes. All data stays locally on your device. Built for project managers, developers, product managers and operations teams to organize work without online accounts.<br/>App Features:<br/>Fully Offline Local Storage: No server, no account sign-up. All projects and milestone data are saved locally on your iPhone via CoreData. Your information never leaves your device.<br/>Project & Milestone Management: Create unlimited projects with start date and deadline. Add multiple milestone nodes for each project. Update status between Pending, Completed and Delayed.<br/>Progress Visualization: Dynamic progress bar and completion rate statistics. Auto-calculate overall project status and display overdue alerts clearly.<br/>Delay Tracking & Notes: Mark individual milestones or whole projects as delayed and view overdue days. Attach long text notes to record requirements, risks and updates.<br/>Smart Filtering: Sort projects by All, In Progress, Completed and Delayed to quickly locate ongoing work.<br/>System Appearance Support: Seamlessly switch between light mode, dark mode and follow-system theme.<br/>Internationalization Ready: All interface text managed with localization files. If you encounter technical issues, please refer to the guide below.<br/>System Requirements<br/>Platform: iOS 16.0 or newer, optimized for iPhone.<br/>Performance: Update your iOS operating system to the latest version for best stability. Internet connection is NOT required for core functions; the app works fully offline.<br/>Storage: Reserve minimum 200MB free space for local database storage.<br/>Frequently Asked Questions<br/>The app crashes or freezes when opening:<br/>Close unused background applications to free device memory.<br/>Confirm your iPhone system is updated to iOS 16.0+.<br/>Reboot your device to clear temporary system cache.<br/>If the problem persists, try reinstall the app. Warning: Reinstallation may erase all local project data. Manually back up important content before removal.<br/>Projects or milestone data disappear after restarting the app:<br/>The app stores all data locally.
