If you encounter technical difficulties, please review the troubleshooting information below.<br/>System Requirements:<br/>Platform: iOS 16.0 or newer, optimized for iPhone.<br/>Performance: Update your iOS system to the latest available version for best stability. Internet access is not required for core functions.<br/>Frequently Asked Questions:<br/>The app crashes or freezes when editing records:<br/>Close unused background applications to free device memory.<br/>Confirm your iPhone has at least 500MB free storage space.<br/>Fully quit and reopen Interview Note.<br/>Restart your device to clear temporary system cache.<br/>If issues continue, reinstall the app. Warning: Uninstalling without backup erases all local interview data.<br/>My interview templates or candidate records disappear after restart:<br/>Avoid force-killing the app while saving edits; wait for form saving to complete.<br/>Check you have not used the “Clear All Data” option inside Settings.<br/>Low disk space may interrupt data saving. Free up storage then test again.<br/>Contact support and describe your last operation for further diagnostics.<br/>Export screenshot fails or renders incomplete content:<br/>Grant the app photo library permission in iOS Settings > Interview Note.<br/>Close other apps before generating screenshots to avoid memory limits.<br/>Try shortening long text entries if the page content is extremely lengthy.<br/>How can I back up my interview data?<br/>Currently, all data lives locally on your device. Manually export individual records via screenshots for external archiving. Data backup features are planned for future releases.<br/>Can I switch the app language?<br/>The app defaults to English. Language switching options will be added in upcoming updates.<br/>Will my interview data be uploaded to any server?<br/>Interview Note works entirely offline. No interview notes, candidate personal information or templates are transmitted over the internet. All content remains on your device.<br/>How do I delete all local data?<br/>Navigate to Settings inside the app, select Clear All Local Data and confirm.
