Performance: For the smoothest user experience, please keep your device’s iOS system updated to the latest official version. All core features including food ratio calculation, blending time reference, allergen tips, and local feeding records work fully offline with no internet access required.

Frequently Asked Questions

The app crashes or freezes during operation:

• Close idle background apps to free up device memory and processing resources.

• Ensure your iPhone has enough available local storage space.

• Restart your device to clear temporary system cache files.

• If the problem persists, reinstall the latest app version. Please note that unsynced local feeding records may be lost during reinstallation without manual backup.

Saved feeding logs or calendar records are missing after reopening the app:

• Avoid force-quitting the app while adding or saving feeding records.

• Do not clear local app data in your iPhone system Settings.

• Manually back up important baby feeding data regularly as a precaution.

Calculated food ratio or blending time seems inaccurate:

• Double-check that you have selected the correct baby month age (6/8/10/12 months) and accurate food category.

• All parameter standards follow universal 6–12 months infant complementary feeding guidelines for reference.

• Adjust actual food consistency according to your baby’s personal eating and swallowing ability.

Cannot edit or delete saved feeding records:

• Tap the target record entry to open the editing and deleting function panel.

• Restart the app if page buttons or gestures become unresponsive.

• Update to the newest app version to fix known UI interaction bugs.

Dark mode display is abnormal:

• Confirm that your system light/dark mode setting is correct in iOS Display & Brightness settings.

• Fully close and reopen the app to refresh the theme display.
